How are some people able to succeed? Begin your weight loss journey by clearly outlining your goals. Do you want to just get more fit, or do you need to drop a lot of weight? Is there a particular weight that you wish to achieve? Do you want a stronger body that has more endurance and energy? Give some thought to establishing a weight loss diary.
